Self-healing
The lack of expectations can create very powerful experiences.
I have been dealing with a cold for a while now as the weather changed and at the same, crucial, time my diet slipped.
The other night I went to sleep and as I did I pulled up the warm-heat/light feeling from Dreamscape starting in my feet and then brought it into my chest where a cough was developing.
I felt this heat-glow the entire night and I kept half-waking sort of like checking it and giving it some more fuel…..
Needless to say my cough is now gone, it died down that day and by the next (today) is completely vanished. This is no mere coincidence as I took no medicine and in the past once a cold entered my chest it was hacking for several days at minimum.
Last night I ran the program again, this time because I had done it once I had some expectations and in many ways tried to force it more….nevertheless I had the warm glow going in my sinuses on and off throughout the night, not constant like the first time though.
When I went to sleep my right sinus was completely blocked, no air in or out…. when I awoke it was completely clear as if there wasn’t a problem in the world!
About an hour after waking, however, then the mucous started to run and has been running all day….. I see myself over the end of this very quickly now.
