Babbler book

I’ve started keeping a book which I use to write down all my rampant thoughts, which in most cases involve some kind of planning.

I will do this whenever I feel the thoughts build up too strongly.

Putting it on paper seems to dispel it from the “playlist” of the babbler, especially if it is then resolved on paper.

I call it  “The Babbler Book”

I think it will be a very effective tool.

I will keep it handy, and use it before meditation also.
